Consulting members gain a breadth of general consulting and professional development skills by participating in case competitions and skill building workshops as well as listening to guest speakers from a variety of industries. In the past few years, UCLA TAMID-based teams have won numerous case competitions both at UCLA and nationally.

In addition, TAMID members engage in projects during the academic year building skills in market research, competitive analysis, US market entry strategy, beta testing/product development, venture analytics, and more. Our consultants on average work with two different clients each school year, giving members an opportunity to explore a variety of industries through client engagements. Previous industries we have consulted for include fin-tech, agriculture, healthcare, prop-tech, and more.
