One of the core goals our chapter constantly strives for is to be a family. Collaboration, mentorship and unity are all tenets of what it means to be a member of TAMID. In practice, that means as a member of TAMID you have access to many resources and people who are there to help you accelerate your professional development. After meetings we hold optional professional development sessions where we teach members how to prepare for consulting and banking interviews, assisting with cover letters, behavioral questions, consulting casing and finance/technical questions. But we don’t just stop there. If you need help with an application, interview or career advice, people from TAMID will be there to mentor you.
This culture that we have established at TAMID has seen great success, our upperclassmen members have landed offers from high profile consulting and banking internships and full-time offers from these companies and more!
